24/10/03 05:34 pmBy the sound of it, my sister has tried to pull a fast one. Mum nad Harry are going away. They were going to leave on Friday, but changed it to Saturday. Clo had been going to have a Halloween party on Friday, but changed her mind and told mum most people wouldn't have been able to come anyway. I'm going to gRosie's bday party that weekend anyway, though that's on Sunday so hopefully I'll be able to get a lift home. Anyway, back to the point: my mum just spoke to her best friend, who's daughter is one of my sister's best friends. This women just mentioned that Clo told her daughter that the night of the party had changed to Saturday.
Clo is going to be so pissed when she gets home and mum confronts her. Personally, I still have no intention of being around if she does have this party, but now mum thinks Clo will she's thinking of not going away, just to make certain that Chloe doesn't hold it anyway. Clo is currently at Plant (a teen hangout)and won't be back til about 11, when it closes. She is going to be storming about the place tomorrow. I'm definitely going shopping! Run away from her.
I was going to make Anria a little jumping frog GIF, but that would involve finding a sequence of pictures of a frog jumping, which i can't. But at some point a frog will be animated in some way, I'm sure.
I was kicking myself today. Normally, Anria and I will wiat at hte busstop together after college, provided she hasn#t gone home at lunch. We both catch different buses home from College, and mine comes a good ten minutes before hers, though she'll come down with me anyway (nice person!). I always feel a bit guilty, because there are some people who would love to spend one minute chatting with a friend and ten minutes alone in the cold, and others who would be happy spending all 11 minutes somewhere warm. Anria is definely of the latter, but she comes and waits with me anyway (huggles). Except today, when i got to the busstop and though "Oh, bugger, Anria's catching the bus tonight too". I would have walked back up, but my bus is usually there by quarter past anyway. Except today, when i got out early, and the bus was late, and I was kicking myself for not remembering that Friday is one of the few days when Anria is about.
So yes, that's why I didn't come and find you in the library, hon.

Date: 24/10/03 08:34 pm (UTC)Taking it that the party is on the weekend at the end of half term? Makes sense, considering that's when halloween is. Don't know why I didn't make that connection before. >.< I can probably drag you out somewhere! Anywhere you want to go?
