minervasoloExeter. Not the nicest of cities...
As you can gather, I'm home a day early. Because, as mentioned above, Exeter isn't that appealing. Plus the B&B (not a hotel, as it claimed to be, but blantantly a B&B, though it did have a pool) got very bnoisy at night with deaf couple watching tv and students outside trying to attract the attention of their mates and the owners stomping about upstairs.
Exeter Uni: really quite nice. Plus you almost never have to go into town, so that's okay. Rooms rang from shit and cheap to gorgeous and still cheaper than Brighton, and they'll let me to Engish and Classical Studies, which I would absutely adore. I'm going to have to do some major amendments to me Personal Statement, as well as cutting it down though.
In other news: Anria's mum possibly/probably has pneumonia. Think happy get-well thoughts at her. The hows and whys of the pneumonia have yet to be estabished, considering it's been a nice warm summer and no one else has pneumonia. Still, everyone must think get-wells. Why? i demand it. Obey!
Long car journeys make me nuts. And the thought of a whole day of homework tomorrow also not helping. And redoing the entire UCAS form beause my sodding teacher didn't tell us to use our numbers as usernames adn password, so while I know perfectly well what mine was, the college won't recognise it's from me and want a shiny new one with a conformist number at the top.
*sigh* More personal statementing, then, and actually readintthe cambridge prospectus and picking a college before I give it back to Anria on monday.
