I agreed to Beta for someone. i figured they'd send me a chapter at a time. Most of the fic is already up at ff.n (and it's good). She sent it to me, and I've been putting off doing this for days now. I have this afternoon and tomrrow to finished this, and it's fortyfive pages long. I have to stop messing about in frums while I do this - I'm only on page 8 so far! And now I've got to stop because our friend is coming to clean and I have to keep an eye on her kids. They're darlings, but it can be exhausting.

It's an HP fic. A good one, with a chess metaphor running through it that works surprisingly well, but methinks you wouldn't want to beta HP fics. ^^ Thanks for offering though!
