The volume of that thunder, and the fact it apparently stopped the storm, makes me think lightning hit something. It was certainly as loud as when it hit the station and woke me up (I want to say a few years ago, but it was 2006). Work is going to be a swimming pool tomorrow anyway, but maybe it'll be fried too!
