Do they have villages in America? All hte books an dfilms are set in 'small-town america', but that's just it,they're towns. Settlements don't seem to come and smaller and less surburbian.

Went for a walk around my village. Took half an hour, and that was being pretty thorough. It takes about 45mins to walk to one neighbouring village, 2mins to walk to the other.

Harry took the camera to the Cranliegh Fair, which is bbasically an agriculture fair with a few cars thrown in for good measure. Not being a drooling cow fan, I opted to stay home. Want ti really want to do is take the digital camera and take lots and lots of photographs, but I think Harry must have taken it with them. I hardly know how to use it anyway, but I want pictures to use in Photoshop and our scanner died a death. I have a distinct urge to open a DeviantArt account - I have an eye for photography, and there's some gorgeous places around here. On Thursday I'm going to cycle to Cranleigh and take pictures of the churchyard there. lewis Carroll found a gargoyle nestled in the corner oft he church that inspired him to create the Cheshire cat, and I used to have to go there for school ceremonies. It's a gorgeous old church. Actually, the whole village is gorgeous (biggest village in Britain), and I'm going on Thrusday because that's when the market is ^_^ Cheap stuff! Yeah, you can see where my priorities lie.

So, if I only update once a day (shock, horror, gasp! I know, i abuse this thing with hte sheer volume of posts I do), that's where I am, out and about becoming an amateur photographer.
