Oh, I make good cheesecake.

Digestives + butter for base. Layer of dark chocolate. 350g of marscapone and 150g of cream cheese with about a teaspoon of vanilla extract, half that of lemon juice and sugar to taste. Summer fruits compote. Fridge for three hours.

I want to have a go with cherry compote, or tinned cherries, for a more black forest gateau feel. The chocolate is mainly holding the thin base together.

Oh, thinking of Avengery thing, have you ever seen these (http://aor.theavengers.tv/)? It's the South African radio show; it's all English accents, though it's not Rigg and Macnee, which takes a little while to get used to. The first few are TV episode adaptations; I'm not sure about the rest. Very good for long journeys!
