I've finally gone out and bought a new printer, over a year since my previous one stopped working. The old one still functions a a scanner, adn one of my housemate's mentioned she was interested, so I might sell it to her. The new one is an uber-cute HP Deskjet. Scans, copies, prints etc, and, best of all for me, it's front loading. The Dell was a pain because trying to load it in it's current position under my desk was a near impossiblity. This one? Easy! Pretty cheap, too, though the box set there were no catridges with it, so I spent another £28 on ink when I needn't have. Oh well. As long as I don't lose them, it's a decent investment, though if I'd known I'd have bought two black catridges, instead of a black and a colour.

Now, to print stuff!

Early on in Sound of Music, just prior to 'Favourite Things', I think, when the kids all pile into her room during the storm for one reason or another. It's been a long time since I watched it.

Yeah but the ink they give you with it always runs out really fast--they're never all the way full. The investment in ink shall be useful!

That's good to know. Now, as long as it runs out before I lose the cartridges I bought...
