10/3/07 11:39 amArgh! I bought something off
thriftstoreuk and she's sent me the wrong thing. And I never noted down her lj address, which was dumb because I need it to leave feedback anyway, and now I can't find the post. So now I'm going through every single post around the right time. ETA: Found it! Finally. And stuck it in the memories.
In other news, I've given my room a bit of a sort. Still no sign of the magazine receipt (I could have sworn it was either in the box or tapped to it). There's a few very faded receipts, and I'm worried it was one of them now. Ugh. Time to go poke the emails about it, I guess.
On a more cheerful note, as part of the Literature Festival (or whatever it's called), there'll be "an epic night of storytelling and music" at the National Centre for Early Music tonight at 7:20PM (£6/£4 concessions). "A nineteenth century folktale based on teh Irish mythological cycle... featuring four of the UK's finest storytellers". Basically, it sounds uber-cool, and I'm going. Anyone want to ocme with?
