Virtual Dimension (http://virt-dimension.sourceforge.net/ ) is quite good if you've got too many windows/things open, and want to organise them somehow. For those familiar with Linux, it give you virtual desktops for WinXP.

It can sometimes forget to remove a window when you switch desktops, but it just requires closing and starting again.

Maybe I've plugged this before, I can't recall...
