Those gloves I keep waffling on about. I don't know if they're any good to the people I have waffled at, but with the dollar/pound rate at the moment they're not too expensive. Many thanks to thornsilver for the link.

I'm not sure they'll help with mine though, as it's caused by the tendons inflaming and pressing against the nerves rather than the angle of my hands (as several doctors have told me). And it's not just wrist pain, but pain in all the joins on both hands, especially the fingers. I think I'm just going to have to live with it :P
