I bought Toast The Young Ones on DVD for his birthday. Or, at least, I thought I did. I'm beginning to wonder if I bought them for me...

I'd never seen it before. It's absolutely brilliant. I'm very tempted, right now, to go out and buy my own set. I seem to be developing an inexplicable fondess for Vyvyan, and have hence gone on a bit of an icon spree. I also managed to pick up a Father Ted icon and a Two Pints... icon. I need more Britcom icons, I think. And hey, I still have space. I'm loving this paid account thing.

Also very tempted by the Young Ones mood theme, but apparently I have to upload all of the pictures some where. That's a lot of images, and this is me not wanting to pay for hosting space. Hmm.

Vyvyan reminds me a bit of Spike, actually. Especially, for some reason, in this icon.

I was under the impression you had to pay to get anything decent out of photobucket, but then, my main exposure is scans_daily. I don't really see bandwidth being an issue for me... Thanks for the tip.

I got about 500 images on there before I ran out of space on my free account, and you don't need that many for a mood theme.

I had one Hell of a 'thing' for Vyvyan when I was about eleven. I liked Neil a lot too.
The Young Ones is truly great. I re-watched them all recently, and was made blissfully happy by so doing. I remember the slow dawning of realisation, during my first month of uni, that the show was actually damn realistic.
