my MP3 player seems to be knackered. It keeps freezing on startup. The only thing close to a suggestion on the help file is to take the battery out for a few seconds, but that doesn't seem to help. Some of hte reviews on amazon mentioned this. Looks like I might have to return it :( Lucky it's so new, I guess, but then again, that's really not any better.
