I got to test my new umbrella out on the way home from swimming. It was like someone had decided that oops, it should have been raining for hours already, so better catch up fast. The river's already overflowed.

Printing people called me to ask for an address to send the invoice to. This owrries me, since we already paid, but the guy was a bit confused by the whole thing. I'm taking the receipt up there shortly and hoping I can sort this out, because otherwise they're going to try and take another £50 off me, which i don't like the sound of at all.

You've got the reciept, it's probably only a mess up in internal communications. Can you get a photocopy of the recipt before you take it to them, just in case they want to keep it and end up loosing it?

Hopefully, if I ask to Sheila, we ought to be able to sort this out on the spot. If not, then yes, I'll ask for a photocopy. Thanks for the idea!

Good plan. If you have the receipt they can't really ask for more money out of you, though.
