8/10/05 12:22 pmOk, I was browsing the interest lists of LJ today and saw that the top spot on the interests was music. All well and good - but lets face it - dull as shite, right? So in my infinite wisdom I have decided to try to alter this sad state of affairs. To this end I need your help - thats right, yours! I have found a phrase that is not on anyones interest list, and I will, after this post, add it to mine. I expect everyone on my friends list to add it to theirs. I also expect you to ask your friends to do the same. As such a wave of this interest will sweep out and, hopefully, conquer livejournal! The goat is gonna get it! The phrase that you should add to your interests is:

Chaucer like fart jokes. Apparently it was a good way to revenge yourself on people in the medieval ages. Who knew?
Sweimming yesterday was great. Ended up with a stonking headache, thanks to the chlorine, but I figure that's just lack of practise with regards to breathing. Swallowed rather a lot of pool, and had even more go up my nose and take up residence in my sinuses (hence the headache). Still, I now have goggles! I hadn't realised I'd missed swimming as much as I did until I had my head underwater again. I can see much better underwater too. And I can still haul myself out of the pool without a ladder (and thesides there are fairly high, too), and I can even dive. Still can't remember what a Pike was, though, wti hregard to diving/swimming. Might be legs out sideways and back again. I ought to know, I took two years of diving lessons as a kid.
Anyway, back to my two hours of Chaucer a day. Though that might get abandoned in favour of 'giant house' story again. I suppose I ought to have another poke at the essays, too. Damn you, work!
