Rainbow terrified me as a kid. Creeped me out completely for reassons i couldn't define.

Now I know why.

I'm not sure I belive this.

I loved Rainbow. I had a Rainbow duvet cover. I watched Rainbow videos on the betamax. I firmly believed my parnets were sneaking in extra rainbow viewing while i was in bed, I could hear the theme music. I still know the words to some of the songs. My mum made me a Zippy glove puppet out of a bath mitt. It was fab.

See, obsession starts young. First inuendo spouting zip-mouthed glove puppets, sixteen years later superhero comic slash fanfic and other tasteful persuits.
