Oh wonderful.

Not only have I forgotten the PIN for one of my bank accounts - I remember the numbers but not the order - I've lost the activation code I need to get into online banking, which would allow me to both change the PIN and put money into another account. As a result, I have about £1 to last me til the end of Wednesday, when I get paid. It could be far worse, but I don't know what I'm going to do if I need to buy a train ticket home. if I go the bank both a new PIN and a new activation code will take at least a week to turn up anywhere, and they're going to turn up at home.

I have a solution, but I'm still deeply irritated. I wanted to take wine to Langwith thing. Anyway, if I take the train home, I'm going to have to leave most of the presents I've bought here. Wonderful solution, isn't it?

Worst thing is, while I know I shreeded the PIN, I'm certain I only put the activation code somewhere sensible', since as it was it was kinda too close to the laptop for comfort. Grah!

On the bright side, the only presents I have left to think of are Holly's and Mum's. I know what I'm getting Jaime and Rosie, I just need money. Everyone else is sorted. I think.

If I don't it's going to be "Mu-um, would you very much mind putting money into the only account I can access to pay foryour Christmasa present?" Heh. I'm sure it'll all turn up eventually.
