Have provosts meeting in half an hour. Probably should have eaten first, rather than wait until after, since there will be alcohol. Then cinematography, then bed, then up tomorrow to sit and stare blankly at presentation notes and handouts until the cleaner kicks me out my room. I've lost the Iceland the Hercules bits now, which is a pity, but i'm trying to keep it near teh reading (a few essays and Beowulf).

I'm all stiff, and I don't know why. I think it may be the huge books I must carry for English. Silly tutor managed not to pick up my essay, so i traipsed over to her office to wait for a meeting that never happened. Just lucky I brought another copy with me, wasn't it? So tomorrow I have lecture-seminar-tutorial all without breaks. Fun afternoon. Except the lecture has been postponed, so I'm not sure what's going on there.

the lecturer for tomorrow is my tutor and she's off sick, so no lecture.

Poor her, though I like the timing. Another hour to prepare for my presentation.
