minervasoloSo, I almost killed myself and my driving instructor yesterday.
Yeah. Oops. Not going to be taking the test in her car, methinks. Scared her to death. Not long now til test. If I fail, current plan is to do it next summer, taking one of those intensive dirving courses before hand.
I'm working every day this week except Saturday. Wasn't meant to be, but that's 23 hours of overtime, which is very very nice. People keep telling me I can say no when they ring and ask me in, and say I've got other plans, but since I never have any other plans why shouldn't I go and earn some money? Working 4-8 today, which means two hours with Kim (who is tiny and new and I barely know, and we began to run out of things to talk about yesterday in only one hour) and two hours on my own. Fun.
I want post!! I want stuff from York. Please York, send me stuff. Tell me where I'll live. And while we're at it, would loan company tell me if I've got money?
I've just noticed that Something Whispers really, really needs an update. I haven't even got Analytical Jam up there, in fact, the only place I have it is here. I also need to get that site off Fateback. It looks terrible with those banners. Since I'm doing basically nothing with SigKinks, I'll combine them, I think, and have recs and writing and random stuff there. It does mean I might be going to change the barely used layout Anria gave me, which is a real pity, but then I could try and cram everything in. I was stuck for stuff to fill all the links anyway. And I might even update Fleurs soon, since I've now got a fic to go up, the character pages, and some alterations to the links page. Kinda want to wait until I've got another chapter of OUAN and some fics from hopeforlorn up, but just getting something up is enough. And hey, almost finished another chapter of Dolor Draconum, so I might even update Femme. It would be nice to get them all updated before I go to uni.
Anyway, finished the hp exchange fic, so that's one thing out of the way. I've got a lot of projects at the moment, and I want to create a new wallpaper for my laptop with them written on, done in such a way that I can easily edit the image and remove them when I'm done and add new ones. Current idea is a picture of a notepad on a desk, and writing on the notepad. That way I can just rub out and type over what's on the notepad. Need to go and find the minidigicam and do that.

Greenhelm (novel that I really need to start putting online or something, just to get reviews to keep me going. Started when I was thirteen, now being rewritten because it was scarily crap then)
Orion Script (for Roz and Ben, who liked the insane vampire thing)
Once Upon a Nightmare (WK fic, year and a half old)
Dolor Draconum (HP fic, over a year old)
Caffiene and Saccharine (Xm fic, few months old)
Have I left anything out? Anything unfinished people see and want finishing?
Livejournal's being a bit of a pig, isn't it? I wrote this at nine this morning. Since then, I've cleared out my drawers and wardrobe and now have a three foot pile of clothes I don't want (once the family have gone through them, I may try and flog the more desirable pieces here) and I've done huge work on combinging Something Whispers and SigKinks and aqnd good sized update for Fleursdelamort. Neither of which will be updated til this evening, but both of which will be updated.

I feel vaguely obligated to point out that you can just delete a few of the links on SK, since they're not attached to the background. Don't move any of them, obviously, but apart from that you could have as many or as little as you want. ::shrugs:: Please note that this is not to be taken as an attempt to get you to keep the site, especially since I've been half-certain ever since I made it that it wasn't what you wanted anyway. :P
