So, Chloe left the confirmation of her flight home from Newquay on her bedroom floor. They don't give you tickets for incountry flights, so it was all she had to prove she had paid for the flight. Mum is furious, because this is hardly unusual, and now means someone will very likely have to go to Newquay to pick her up. It's a six hour drive.

Alternately, we could make her catch a train and pay for it out of her own pocket. I'll go suggest that.

Bits of Significant Kinks are online now. Not all are working yet, or completed, but still, it's something.

She can blag her way on the flight if she has her passport though, since the names are all listed. and there might be a number on the confirmation, which would help.
I had to do that to get home in May. XD;;

why they don't give tickets out I don't know. We've got it sorted now - it wasn't thr right confirmation (it said sunday, and they're coming home on Saturday, so it's just as well or they'd have spent a night sleeping rough).

fax the confirmation to a copy store or mailbox place, or even the airline or hotel for her to pick up and use?

it's okay now, but that's a good idea worth remembering. I think they rebooked the flights because their hotel changed, or something, so it was an obsolete booking form. It said the flight was for Sunday, but they book out of their hotel on Saturday, so it's just as well it's not the form they needed.
