7/5/03 06:18 pmOkay, I'm not going to update my website for a while. Several reasons: exams, nothing to put up, major overhaul due. Major as in it's going to turn into three sites.
Know how you learn something new every day? I just learnt that when you cick on a link that dowloads stuff, it downloads. In other words, I accidentaly started downloading ep14 of Wolf's Rain, and Ihave no idea how long it'll take. Oh well!
Boo. Windows doesn't recognise it, which means I proably have to get a whole bunch of stuff to watch it. I had wondered why it downloaded so quickly. You know, i think i may yet get the hang of this downloading biz. Once, yunno, I bug Anria for very detailed instructions and eventually give in and bug her to do it for me ^_^

Date: 7/5/03 11:00 am (UTC)Once you have it set up, you can download the file. The reason it downloaded so fast was because it automatically allots 1MB of the file to any user who tries to download, but it won't allow you to connect unless you have the BitTorrent client. It's really simple, and it supports resume, so you can shut it off and start again whenever.
One thing to be warned about on XP, tho: it has a tendency to cause the sudden reboot of the computer for no apparent reason. Which is very weird.
