minervasolothe man in the garage gave me flowers!
Very random. Spent day at fete, great fun, got back, tired, feet hurt, bit grumpy etc. Sister's made a nuisance of herself again because she's gone to a friend's and gave no number or address, so we can't get hold of her and we have people coming over for dinner tonight. I was tired and in a bad mood and a bit put out at being sent to get milk, and as I was paying the guy told me to hang on a sec then gave me a £3.99 bouquet of carnations. Not entirely certain why. Possible reasons: it's mayday, he likes me, they need to get rid of them. I'm thinking thrid and hoping not second, coz he's considerably older ythan me and really not my type. Oh, and fourth: he thought I was someone else. Really hoping it's not that one!
But such a way to cheer up! Random flowers!
Okay, still watching Weiss. They expect me to believe the Kritiker agents are 'button' and 'barman'?!? ^_^ Poor Subbers. Poor Botan and Birman, actually.
