I was going to be all plesaed (yes, I'm odd) about being fandom_wanked, until i realised I didn't actually post on the topic in question. Still, I'm part of that community, and it amuses me that this rant about rapefics has now spanned two communities and four or more posts. Basically, there are two statements and everyone keeps repeating them, with marginally different wording. Not sure you can even count it as an arguement. More of a strawpoll, really.
