Apparantly 'Many Britons think bush is stupid' is news. News implies new. Funny, because many Britons thought Bush was stupid before he was even elected. Is there anyone left in this country who likes the man? Surrey is supposed to be a right-wing demographic, and he's too right-wing for us. And, yes, too stupid.

Meh. Amused. ^_^

Yuki Scorpio emailed and told me one of the pics on Fleurs belonged to them. Considering I'd never visited their site, this came a a bit of a surprise! I think it's an artbook scan, so, really, it could come from anywhere, but having now explored the site I'm happy to throw the link in a few times. So many Weiss extras, books, mangas, doujinshis, CDs... Did you know there's a Weiss CD lens cleaner? ^^ One thing that's driving me up the wall though: I can't work out whther Yuki is male or female! I think it's a male name in Japanese, though this person is actually from Hong Kong. I keep wanting to say she, because most of the WK fans I find are female, but really, no idea.

Anyway, that is more a note for Anria, since I think I found this pic in her galleries. Hope you can remember where you found it, darling!

Which picture was it? I don't ever recall going to that site before, but I might have got the picture from someone who'd been there. >.< If s/he wants the picture taken down, I'll certainly take it down!

I think she was being a bit paranoid. it's the manga pic of Schwarz and Weiss, with each in their own box (on the fanon page (http://fleursdelamort.fateback.com/fanon.htm)), which i've seen scattered around on several sites. I don't imagine s/he's the only one to have scanned it from whatever book or CD case it's from, but since s/he asked I'm crediting it to their anyway. S/he has certainly scanned in a lot of things, so there's not reason why it shouldn't have started at their site.

Check out their other site, bradcrawford.org (http://www.bradcrawford.org). S/he's managed to get all hte background info about Schwarz from the various CDs and books, and there's a lot there that most people have no idea about.

Well I don't blame you on thinking that I was being paranoid, coz probably I was. *sweatdrop* You see, that picture (at least that particular version in full colour) is only available in Kyoko Tsuchiya's "Fixed" book, which was published in limited numbers back in 1998. You won't even find that picture in her "Soul Driver" artbooks. The book sells on eBay for $150+ now because it's rare. As far as I know I'm the only one who has scanned these pictures, so... I am a bit overprotective about them. ^^"

I know it's in some places on the Net now, that's mostly because of image stealing. I know most of the time people don't mean to do it, because they see something they like and save it to their harddrives, and then use it on their sites later but can't remember where the pics came from. And then they pass pics to others and so on. I don't mind if people use them for banners and profiles, but if they have the pic in its full form I try to ask them to link back. Well there are 1 or 2 people who throw shit back in my face when I ask them to give credit with the usual "you put on the net you know this will happen and you can't stop me" arguement, but only 1 or 2. And there's nothing I can really do.

Thank you for linking back! If you don't mind can I link back to your site too? You fanfiction have me glued to my comp screen for the... I think 4th hour now. :)

And oh, I'm a "she". btw ^^

I didn't know it was a rare pic - I've seen it in several places, though i agree, it probably started as image stealing, which shifted into sharing once people forgot where it came from. I found it on Anria's site, in her gallery, but I don't think she remembers where she found it.

^_^ I didn't think you would read this. I kept typing she, btw, and then had to go back and edit the whole post, just to make certain I didn't offend you!

Feel free to link to the site. I have made a few banners, but then I got carried away and now I can't decide which one I actually like, and for a site with a relatively low hitcount I figured it wasn't worth sticking up loads. Glad you like the fics! Any in particular you enjoyed? I know some aren't up to scratch. I started reading yours on bradc.o earlier too ^_^ Enjoying much! I really like your Schu. Needy without being utterly dependant. Vulnerable enough to pull in the 'aww' factor!

Yup I do have a confusing name... I have heard "Yuki" being used as a guy's name, but it can also be a surname as well. (Hence "Yuki Eiri" the guy from Gravitation and "Yuki Kaori" the female author of Angel Sanctuary)

I suck at feedback! I started reading "Once Upon a Nightmare" because it's supposed to be a prequal, but didn't realise it's unfinished. Was almost tearing my hair out when I found out at the last updated chapter! *grin* So now I've moved on to "New Rules, New Ruler". But as I've said, I suck at feedback, so I'll just tell you that I really like the fics! The bits where you refer to English/American differences, and the London Underground really made me smile, coz I'm living in London now I got what you mean completely. *grin*

Forgot to tell you how I found your site. Somebody recommended "To Be" in [livejournal.com profile] wb_yaoi, so I found your ff.net profile, which led me to your site, and led me to your LJ. ^^

OUAN. Yes. Dear god why won't that fic end? ^_^ Of course, once I've finished it, I'm going to have to go back and correct chunks of canon I've found out form your sites. Despite the fact that NRNR ignores canon altogether...

I tend to go OTT on the UK/US differences, sometimes. I started another multipart, using Nagi-Py as a prolouge (did I leave that fic up? i can't remember), and managed to spend the entire first chapter ranting about the British attitude to the Irish, German's and Americans from Crawford's PoV. I couldn't think of much to say about the Japanese though, which is probably just as well because while British patriotism is basically cynicism, it was beginning to read like I hated dear ol' Blighty.

Oo! Rec! Whee! Never really got the popularity of 'To Be', oddly enough. Not actually my sense of humour, but hey. The irony of the situation is enough to amuse me greatly!
