minervasolohuh. turns out I was wrong about the 3am thing.
This is getting on my nerves. I get tired. I get stressed about whether I'll be able to sleep. Result: I can't sleep. Eventually, i leep. I wake up. I don't realise I'm awake. Eventually it occurs to me. Ohshit, i'm awake. I'm tired. I get stressed in case I can't go back to sleep. Result: I stay awake.
If we had sleeping pills, I'd take them, psychological dependencies be damned. I always go through a whole bottle anyway (not at once!), but once it' gone I can never be bothered to put the effort in to getting a new one.
Freud is a scary scary man. Finally read a thing about the Oepidal complex. oh, and a case study on Little Hans. Which is scary mostly because it was reported all from intereviews done with his father, and the conjecture is, shall we say, creative? I may have to do the geeky thing and read my psychology textbook.
