Why does inspiration always hit me about an hour after I've gone to bed? It's a good thing that I've managed to get the character's for bitch*slapseparate enough in my my head that I actually <i.get</i> inspiration, but I ended up doing 4 rough strips in bed last night so i wouldn't forget what they were going to look like. The strip has also earned itself a book. I have five boks, which are holographic covered school exercise boks that I got for 50p in Norfolk. Only two have been used previously, one for Fantasy series, since i needed to get family trees adn timelines worked out, and get a handled on hte plot properly, and the other for vampire series, because I felt that anything I started two years ago and still inteded to write deserves an exercise book. No bitch*slap has an exercise book, which happened damn quick. And I worked out that one strip a week for six months is about 24 strips. I played with csome plotting, and I can fill two years easily, if I knuckle down and get drawing.

Conclusion: make the scanner work. If I keepthis pace up 'll have about half of it sketched out by Christmas, and the series is only going to be two years long because that's how long College lasts.

This is going to send me insnae, isn't it? I have a driving lesson tonight, and I've had about five hours sleep because I was more interested in imagining comic strips and trying to ocme up with names tha begin with X. I may be stuck with Xantia at this rate, and I think i may have made that name up ^_^
