minervasoloEveryone on facebook is doing this 'five things' meme, which throws up five book covers or album covers or film posters. Enough in a row and it looks a bit mosaic-y.
You can tell this was an after-I-was-in-bed train of thought, because, well. How cool would it be to get actual tiles printed with your favourite books/cds/films? You could do a Penguin Classics series that from a distance looks like checkered orange and white square tiles.
Is it possible to get things printed on tiles, or to do it yourself? I know you can paint tiles, but I don't think you'd get the same effect.
