21/4/07 12:20 pmSince Norton came free with the laptop, I thought I'd give it a go. I figured I could configure it's arse if it didn't let me do what I wanted. So far it's caused a stop error, and it's wiped the few bookmarks I'd already stuck on here. Grrr.
So, peoples! Recommend me sites to bookmark. Useful sites, fun sites, cool sites, sites you think I may have had bookmarked anyway.

http://news.bbc.co.uk (okay, so I usually go straight to the 'entertainment' section, but the principle stands)
http://www.orisinal.com (the original time-wasting site)
http://newsbiscuit.com (for sheer surrealness)
http://www.virginradio.co.uk (because I just discovered they have a video archive - woo hoo)
Have fun!

Date: 21/4/07 12:05 pm (UTC)10 Minute Mail, which is very useful when you need a disposable email since you don't want spam flooding into your inbox.
Zamzar, free online file conversion!
Junglecrazy updates on all the clearences on Amazon, which leads to absolutely amazing deals.
Picnik, which lets you edit photos online and is amazing. I've actually used Picnik to adjust levels, crop, resize, and generally prettify photos instead of Photoshop quite a few times. Helpful when you need fast image editing but don't have a program onhand, too.
VirtualNES! So many games, and so awesome for killing time. I replayed a bunch of Mario on it. :)
I have a lot of these things. ♥
