I went on a little icon making spree a while back, thanks to an ever-so-pretty Batgirl comic, guest starring Spoiler. Spoiler was a very cool female character who was Robin for a little while, before getting tortured to death and belitted by Batman and generally ignored because everyone knows female characters don't deserve the same respect as male. Batgirl was also a very cool female character, who has been shoe-horned into being evil with complete disregard to previously established facts and canon because why read a very well written and illustrated comic about a kickass female character when we can make shit up?

Little bit angry. Not much. Honest.

So I made some icons. Unfortunately, I'm terrible at the witty caption thing. Most of these want something, I think. So, little help?

I'm trying to think of something akin to an icon I saw with Inara and Kaylee from Firefly, both of whom couldn't get their men during the series because they were too busy being... well, men. I.e. blind. The icon says: "We're tired of waiting, we're lesbians now" or something. Maybe something like that, aimed at the writers who wouldn't let Batgirl and Spoiler kick ass?

Or, for #1: "I hear Whedon is casting Wonderwoman. Let's get out of here."

Something like "Bored now, let's be lesbians!"?

I might go hunting for a slightly happier image to use that on. The distressed look they seem to be wearing in most of the icons might undermine the message a little. I like your suggest for 1. too.
