(no subject)

I told myself I would write 2000 words or until I finish the rough outline. I kinda expected those to conincide. The question now is, do I leave it where it is, or do I attempt to finish it? I have no quotes or references, just unsupported arguments. My introduction (or what I considered to be it) is about 1000 words long. I'm now about halfway through the changes to the landscape. I have characters, social context, and the ending to go. I really need to rewatch the film and reread the book, because it's going to look a bit odd if I don't directly reference ether throughout the essay!

I'm hungry. If I eat, I'll stop working. I know I won't be able to get back into it. I've been writing for three hours, with same internet play (ever increasing, of course).

I want Green and Blacks Chocolate. Maybe the caramel one.

Must not forget to sort out loan company letter. Argh. And hang out washing, and hoover kitchen floor (because it is mank). And bring bin in.

Plan: Lunch. Combination essay and magazine until computer gets too hot and grumpy. Faff about, hopefully sort out loan letter. Everything else can be prevarication, to take place in, around and during other tasks.

My brain is beginning to melt, for all that I feel alert and awake. I'm losing the ability to type or spell.

Problem is I've stopped now,. I'm not good at restarting. Plus, it is no longer morning. I work well in the morning, in the afternoon, not so much. It's why I don't allow myself many lie-ins any more, unless I really and truly have absolutely-nothing-whatsoever-even-things-for-pleasure I want to do that day.

Yeah, I find early afternoon is the worst time work-wise for me. Eveing ad morning work best.

I say work for another hour then go find chocolate and have fun, after all it's almost the end of the working day (no matter when you woke up ;) ). I have to go on until 7pm today so that I can have an early finish tomorrow, hence the Internet break now. The book I'm reading is fun, but I've been at it since 11am and I'm bored now.

I didn't manage to get more essay done, but I have sorted a layout for the magazine. Next comes all the text presets, then I can email it to people. And then we wait.
