10/9/04 07:45 am... Ask me 6 questions. Any six, no matter how personal, private or random. I'll answer them honestly. You should probably post this message in your own journal so I can ask some questions too :p...
I dreamt about that meme the other night. Dreamt we all did it at the pub, passing round bits of paper.
The sky is roughly the same colour as Kim-at-work's bruise. Poor girl really caught herself on something, right below her ribs. Anyway, point is it' pouring with rain, and I've got work. Again. And them maybe shopping, but only if the rain lets up. Must take money to Ginger, and maybve wander around La Senza. Come to think of it, I dreamt about La Senza as well, and how it put a shop opposite it in this shopping centre out of business because it made all their bras look cheap and tacky.
I lots one of my favorite earrings at work yesterday, and I also kept dreaming people found it and gave it back. One of those dangly silver cat ones, you know? From my aunt in Brazil, and one of teh first I ever had. I don't even know how or where I lost it, since I never felt it come out. I assumd it was when I snuck in to try on some clothes (very cute steon coloured cord short skirt and a thin black polar neck with heart shaped buttons up the neck), but I checked the changing room and I checked teh clothes, and no earring. :(

Date: 10/9/04 07:58 am (UTC)2 - Don't Talk Just Kiss, I think. Now I've got to go and dig the tape out an dlisten to htem all again!
3 - I'd like to be good at a sport. Any sport, I'm not fussy. I'm pretty much terrible at all, though.
4 - Usually it's not so much a case of dislike as 'fail to like as much as normal'. Actively disliked Katy with the large breasts, and there's a girl at work I find myself very condescending too.
5 - God knows. I dreamt people asked me some really good questions, but I don't remember any of them.
6 - Guys. I was thinking about this today, actually. I'm genreally only attracted to girls who look a bit like me, since I feel less threatened. I couldn't date a girl with a different build to me, because I'd be far far too selfconscious. But guys I'm so much less fussy with. Nice hair is pretty much the only stipulation.

Date: 10/9/04 12:30 pm (UTC)1) Name 20 positive characteristics you think you have. (Not really a question, but it counts, right?)
2) What is the worst thing someone could do to you?
3) What about yourself would you miss the most if you didn't have it?
4) What do you fear?
5) What do you believe in strongly, as in, what pulls you through the rough times (a special quote, a saying, a song, an idea...)?
6) Umm... I can't think of another. Oh! When's your bday?
Hope you don't spend ages trying to figure out what to answer... I wrote pretty vague questions... ^^;

Date: 10/9/04 02:39 pm (UTC)2 - I could list things that aren't far more easily. From experience, I know that talking about me behind my back, lying about me, cheating on me and leaving me out do not bother me at all (a mix of friends' and boyfriends' actions there). Really, taking my self confidence from me is the worst thing you can do, and that's both very easy and very hard to do. I'm not sure what rpecisely does it, but I know it can be done and it takes a long while to regain.
3 - My rationality and pragmatism. I couldn't bear it if I became someone who thought the world was ending every time a partner left them or a friend said an accidentally cruel thing.
4 - Daddy Long Legs. Those things make me scream like a little girl. Other than that, losing my mother and/or my memories of her. Which is why 'You've Got Mail' makes me cry.
5 - walking. Long walks always level my mood out. Usually because of the countryside. It's beautiful, and it's there. I appreciate it. On sunny days, I can't understand how people can feel bad because they've been blessed with a beatiful day in a beautiful world, which is so much larger than anything that is happening to them.
6 - Seventh of July. And coolest of all, on the 07/07/07 I'll be 21!

Date: 10/9/04 02:49 pm (UTC)Actually, the 20 characteristics thing came from an article I read about seeing whether or not you had good self-confidence. Those that did could do 18-20... those that didn't got stuck. Lol. I think it shows alot about a person if they can admit their strengths... it's easy (relatively) to admit a weakness.
I love long walks as well. When my parents were arguing (they're separated now) I used to always wish for the courage to just go for a long walk... but I'd always fail.
Then one day I walked out and walked through the park, just breathing in the night air and enjoying the surroundings... and it felt so damn good!

Date: 10/9/04 03:06 pm (UTC)Walks are meant to be amazing for depression. Most people can't imagine why, so they don't bother, but I know people who've tried and found it improved their mood significantly. and it's even healthy.
