Today i whine.

Oooowoooowowwwwooowowowooooowwww

my throat's gone and swollen up again. Hope it doesn't get as bad as at dance camp, where it gave me earache, my tonsils were so swollen. (I was mightily not impressed). but I have to do voices for Roz, aand I get my exam timetable today, so into college we go. And tomorrow I have two tests, Roz and Ben's film and a driving lesson, so I'll be going in then, too. I have fallen into hte ewll of self pity, and just remembered it's a bottomless pit, as these things always are.

Okay, mood swings can be just a bit fun ^_^ Life really not that bd, but still ow. I'm going to have to make a decision about the drivng lesson, though. I can skip college and do all of the tests later (and be very sad at missing Roz and Ben's film, naturally), but if I cancel the lesson now we still have to pay for it. A sore throat's hardly a reason to cancel a driving lesson, right? I might ring and ask him to pick me up from home. That seems a reasonable compromise, right?

Ah, fuck it, I'll go. And it may amuse you to know I just typed 'cancel' there, just as vehemently, and then deleted it in favour of go. I guess it's really still up in the air then.

And the really irritating thing? I'm out of credit, and I can't buy any more until I've bought everyone's bday presents. So far I just have Jaime's, and I know what I'm getting Tor. Anyway, if you text me, don't expect a reply.

Fate conspires against me. Sheena forgot she was meant to give me a lift this morning, so I've skipped Physics. I'll come in for break nad soon, but I'll probaby leave at lunch. Thanks to Paracetamol, swelling and pain have gone, as well as any chance of checking whether I've got a temperature. Oh well.

Been watching Trisha. bunch of girls from college were in the audience. I think I spotted them twice. I'd keep looking, but it's Trisha. The guests are appalling (though Trisha herself is quite cool and very sharp).

My journal is called 'Kiss me, kick me, kill me' because I thought it sounded nice. Alliteration and all that.
My subtitle is 'people people everywhere and not a thought to think' because I was feeling cynical and poetic.
My friends page is called 'kickers' because it fits with the journal name.
And, just for the hell of it: My username is minervasolo because my usual forum sn was mssolo, but after talking to Roz about the whole' guest house thing' we taked minerva on to the front. I kinda miss mssolo.

Of course, when i get time I'm going to redo this whole place under the name 'social desirability bias', hopefully with some weird facelesss photos. But I have to find a free directlink picture store place without a limit on views per picture first. Don't ask much, do I?

I probably won't be in tomorrow. We're guessing tonsilitus, which means absolutely no sleep for the next few nights. I'm hoping to be well by Saturday. Probbly won't be online a great deal, what with pain and mum working on here and stuff. We now have AOL9. It does actually seem faster, but that's not hard.
