That was yesterday's shopping trip. Ran into Harriet, who I haven't seen for ages despite the fact she boards at the school over the road. Also saw Rosie, Jacobi and Gareth. And bought the cutest pink and white sandals, and ended up buying everything else to match. Literally, everything is pink or white. Three entire outfits worth of pink and white.
I remembered another reason why it's not good for me to go shopping like this with other people. They get (a) supremely board and (b) a lot of exercise. Every single shop. Every. Single. Shop. Zigzagged my way up the high street and down north street. Even went into places like FCUK and Gap, which I knew perfectly well I'd never buy an item from. But I swear my legs are five times more toned than they were when I started. Up and down that bloody hill like the Grand Old Duke of York's men.
Lots of pink and white. Very summer. And what Chloe deems Pikey.I figure as long as I don't have the earrings I'm okay. Even if I did buy pink cropped trousers. Which I'm going to wear driving today.
People are up. They were upbefore nine. There's no canooing going on today, so huh?
I really really really need to get the hang of this sleeping in thing. I'm still waking at 8 no matter how tired I am or when I go to sleep. Conclusion: I need to go to bed earlier. Oh god, I'm tired for another driving lesson. Every single time, I start yawning as soon as we pull over. Even if I'm not tired. If I am? God help us. I'm yawning now!
Anyway, reason not early in bed last night? Watched Eurovision. Busty women in tight lether with whips and fire won. The Ukraine. And hey, we got points. I wandered off while they were doing the vote count of 36 countries (only 24 took part!) but I know we got some points. Fox wasn't that bad, but most of the music wasn't exactly stunning. The Turkish crowd booed any time anyone gave them less than 12 points. Got irritating after a while.
Maybe I'll go back to bed for two hours?
