I went shopping. I did good. I will resist the tempation to describe in minute detail everything I bought and how much it cost before and after sale prices ^_^ Needless to say I will soon be wearing most of it. Still, must boast about new coat, because I got it so cheap! For a nice new wool coat, anyway.

What's the college's policy on see-through black tops? Do i need a strappy top under them, or can i get away with just a bra? These tops would look much better with just a bra. XP My inner slut wanted a say while I was buying polo neck jumpers and smart trousers, and they are pretty tops. Just very very see-through.

There's this shop in Gford called Mexx, which I'd never been in before today (resembles the namelss designer - okay, I've just sneezed eleven or so tims in a row. And again. And again. Damn. - shop in the friary, which put me off) but now intrigued. So many strange clothes. Apparently it's an 'innovative' store. It has sofas. And many many see-through black tops (struggled to find a non-see-through one though) and many many brightly-coloured tops and many many other things. Apparently the shop is German. And not overly expensive. And plays strange not-quite-chillout music.

Interesting things happened last nght. I was lying in bed, as I do, when I heard two guys coming up the road, shouting a conversation. Normal state of affairs, since theres a social club not far from here and apparently all the patrons live up my road. Then there's a very oud bang, with an overtone or breaking glass. i peer out my window, but because I have a bunkbed I can see pretty much our drive and nothing else. I thought people were breaking into a car. Harry goes out and gives chase. Police turn up. Police keep me awake for several hours.

Find out this morning: not a car they broke into to, but smashed next door's front door. When Harry and a guy next door gave chase they managed to catch the guys. They attacked Harry, and he now has a rather nice black eye. One escaped, but the police arrested the other guy.

And now I am tired. Shattered finsihed last night, so no more soporiphic viewing of very tired people. We're going to see The Last Samurai today, of which i have heard mixed reports. Heh, it's an excuse to wear my new coat.
